NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Central Union School District Board will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Central Union School District Presentation Center, 15783 18th Avenue, California 93245, to determine, through a resolution, as to the Sufficiency of Instructional Materials to comply with the Education Code Section 60119, for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, sufficient textbooks or instructional materials, or both in each subject that are consistent with the content and cycles of the Curriculum Framework adopted by the State Board of Education. Parents, teachers, interested community members, and bargaining unit leaders are encouraged to participate.

AVISO DE AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA

POR LA PRESENTE SE DA AVISO de que la Junta del Distrito Escolar de Unión Central llevará
a cabo una audiencia pública a las 6:00 p.m. el martes 14 de septiembre de 2026, en el Centro de Presentación del Distrito Escolar Central Union, 15783 18th Avenue, California 93245, para determinar, mediante una resolución, la Suficiencia de Materiales Educativos para cumplir con la Sección 60119 del Código de Educación, para el año 2026 -Año fiscal 2027, suficientes libros de texto o materiales de instrucción, o ambos en cada materia que sean consistentes con el contenido y los ciclos del Marco del Currículo adoptado por la Junta de Educación del Estado. Se anima a participar a los padres, maestros, miembros interesados de la comunidad y líderes de la unidad de negociación.
