California's Universal Meals is provided at no cost to all students attending our school district. Under the new California Universal Meals program all schools must be under a provision. Akers and Neutra Elementary are Provision 2 Schools, the state requires all Provision 2 schools to continue to collect Meal Applications yearly. Completing a meal application is encouraged, these provide additional benefits to you and the district such as grants, program funding for free meals, athletic waivers, and textbooks assistance regardless of qualifications. To submit a meal application for the current school year 2023-2024 use the QR code below. One application per household, listing everyone in the household regardless of age.
